*When scheduling a mobile service please allow time for set up and break down before and after the appointment. There is a $3 per mile charge for mobile services, with a $15 minimum.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Cancellation and No Show Policy
Due to the demand for appointments, we charge $25 fee for any last minute cancellation notifications that are less than 24 hours of your scheduled time. We also charge $25 fee for no show appointments. If you have paid for your service in advance online, and no show, we will keep $25 of your advanced payment and put the remaining towards your next appointment. If you have not paid in advance online, and wish to rebook with us, we will require payment of the $25 fee of your missed appointment before you can rebook with us. We hope that you understand that we run a busy practice, our space is limited, and our time is valuable. Fees are applicable to mobile services as well. Thank you
No Smoking and Allergen Policy
As a courtesy to our therapists & other guests please refrain from smoking immediately before your appointment. Please refrain from wearing or using products containing patchouli as we have a therapist that is allergic.
Refund Policy
All of our massage services, packages, and gift certificates are transferable to other clients, but cannot be combined with other discounted offers.
Also, we do not offer cash refunds for our massage services, packages or gift certificates, however we will honor an equal exchange (credit) for other services within our facilities.
Please note that this credit does not apply to cancellation of services and deposits lost due to notification of cancellation less than 24 hours of the day mobile/in office massage or special events.
